Our History
In 2012 Permanent Building Solutions was founded in Claremont IL and provided a great place for local contractors and homeowners to source their building needs for all Roofing and Siding metal, Standard and Specialty Trims, and Nudura and HitzHalter Insulation Products.
In late 2023 when Permanent Building Solutions came up for sale, Ben Goebel, a crop farmer and former financial adviser/banker, saw this as a unique opportunity for investment and growth. In spring of 2024 Ben purchased PBS with the goal of expanding it into a complete Building Supply Company and renamed it MidState Building Supply.
